Free 60-minute walkthrough
Findings in writing, yours to keep.
Sixty minutes with a senior engineer. You keep the written findings either way.
| Core | Secure | |
|---|---|---|
| Per user, per month | $135 | $185 |
| Support time (fair use) | 45 min / user / mo | 60 min / user / mo |
| Included on-site visits | 1 / mo | 2 / mo |
| After-hours emergency | billable at 50% off emergency rates | included for P1 |
The fine print, in large print: there's a $1,500 monthly minimum (about eleven users — below that, we'll serve you well with project work or point you to a better-fit provider). Onboarding is one month's fee, minimum $2,500, and covers the entire first-30-days program — and if you've done the paid Infrastructure & Security Assessment, that fee is credited against onboarding in full. Support carries a fair-use allowance — 45 minutes per user per month on Core, 60 on Secure — sized so that a well-run environment never notices it. And there are no trip fees, anywhere we serve: St. George to Mesquite, on-site is part of the deal.
| Managed server | $250/mo | typical, by criticality |
|---|---|---|
| Server backup & recovery | $150–$300/mo | by data volume |
| Shared workstation / kiosk / POS | $55/mo | replaces the seat price in shared-device environments — hotels, shops, job sites |
| Network-only site contracts | from $95/site |
Published, same as everything else.
| Standard project labor | $150/hr | |
|---|---|---|
| Senior infrastructure engineering | $185/hr | |
| Project minimum | $1,500 | |
| Emergency for non-contract clients | $225/hr | 2-hr minimum, after-hours 1.5×; contract clients 50% off |

If, in the first ninety days, you're not convinced this is the most competent IT partnership your company has had, we refund your service fees — and hand you complete documentation of everything we've built and fixed: passwords, diagrams, configurations, vendor contacts. Leaving should be safe. It also tells you something that we can afford to offer this.
Twelve-month agreements, with two escape hatches built in: the 90-day money-back guarantee at the start, and a month-to-month option at a 15% premium if you'd rather never commit. Either way, the documentation we build is yours — staying should be a choice, not a trap.
Most IT companies here won't tell you until the third meeting. Our free guide publishes the real market ranges, explains per-user vs. per-device pricing — and why "per-device" usually means monitoring, not management — and gives you six questions that expose a bad contract before you sign it.
Almost nobody in this market will tell you what IT support costs before the third meeting. Our ranges are published. If we're not a fit for your budget, you'll know in five minutes, not five weeks.
The walkthrough: sixty minutes with a senior engineer, on your site. We walk your environment — devices, servers, backups, the obvious single points of failure — and you get our top findings in writing, whether or not we ever speak again. The assessment: the full map — every device, server, license, backup, and dependency — risks ranked in plain English, with what fixing each one should cost. If you don't move forward, you still own a report any competent provider could execute.
There's a fair-use allowance, published on this page — 45 minutes per user per month on Core, 60 on Secure — sized so that a well-run environment never notices it. Fair use is measured on a rolling 90-day average.
Book the assessment. Keep the report. Decide with facts.
