What we collect

You can browse this entire site without giving us anything — there are no accounts and no logins. We collect information only when you choose to send it:

• Contact and booking forms: your name, company, work email, phone (optional), and anything you write about your technology situation.
• Guide requests: your email address.
• Scheduling a walkthrough: your company name, the site address to visit, an approximate employee count, and any notes you add.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule the visit you asked for, and send the guide you requested. Submissions go to our customer-relationship system and generate an email notification to us. If you request the cost guide, you get the guide and one follow-up email — that's it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't buy contact lists.
• We don't run third-party advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we will use privacy-respecting tooling and update this policy first.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact records only as long as they're useful for the purpose you sent them. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email jeff@silverreefsystems.org — we'll act on it promptly.
