Managed IT support for Southern Utah businesses with roughly 10 to 50 employees. Your people get help from an engineer who knows your company. Your systems get run like they matter. You get one number to call — and a budget that doesn't move.
Sixty minutes with a senior engineer. You keep the written findings either way.
At ten to fifty employees, a full-time IT hire makes no sense — but technology has quietly become the thing your whole company stands on. Estimating, scheduling, invoicing, email, the files, the phones: when any of it stops, everything stops.
This page is for you if:
Help for every employee — by phone, remote session, and scheduled on-site visits. An engineer answers, not a dispatcher reading a script. New-hire setups and departures handled the same day you tell us. (There's a fair-use allowance, published on the pricing page, sized so a well-run environment never touches it.)
Every computer, server, and network device monitored, patched, and updated on a schedule — not when someone remembers. Problems get fixed before they become outages; you get told what happened either way.
Every plan ships with the security floor: multi-factor authentication, managed endpoint protection, patching on schedule — and every environment we run is built on backups we test, with the results sent to you. The Secure plan layers on 24/7-monitored threat detection, advanced email security, staff training with phishing simulations, and an annual risk assessment. A managed IT plan without a security floor is malpractice; we don't sell one.
Internet provider, phones, printers, industry software, the website person — we manage them all, with your authorization on file. Two vendors pointing at each other stops being your problem.
A quarterly technology plan in owner language: what's aging, what it'll cost, what can wait. Hardware budgets stop being ambushes.
Two plans. Published, because someone in this market should.
The fine print, in large print: there's a $1,500 monthly minimum (about eleven users — below that, we'll serve you well with project work or point you to a better-fit provider). Onboarding is one month's fee, minimum $2,500, and covers the entire first-30-days program below — and if you've done the paid Infrastructure & Security Assessment, that fee is credited against onboarding in full. Support carries a fair-use allowance — 45 minutes per user per month on Core, 60 on Secure — sized so that a well-run environment never notices it. And there are no trip fees, anywhere we serve: St. George to Mesquite, on-site is part of the deal.
A typical 20-person office on Core lands at $2,700 a month — a fraction of one junior IT hire, for an entire team with nobody ever on vacation.

If, in the first ninety days, you're not convinced this is the most competent IT partnership your company has had, we refund your service fees — and hand you complete documentation of everything we've built and fixed: passwords, diagrams, configurations, vendor contacts. Leaving should be safe. It also tells you something that we can afford to offer this.
The number-one reason companies stay with IT they've outgrown: the switch feels risky — they have all our passwords. We do this carefully and often. The handover request, the credential inventory, the "what do they actually control" audit — that's our work, not yours. Most transitions complete inside two weeks without your team noticing anything but the improvement.
Twelve-month agreements, with two escape hatches built in: the 90-day money-back guarantee at the start, and a month-to-month option at a 15% premium if you'd rather never commit. Either way, the documentation we build is yours — staying should be a choice, not a trap.
When your business is down: a one-hour response target during business hours, and a 24/7 emergency line answered by a senior engineer — not an answering service. Standard requests get an engineer the same business day. These are targets we publish and then report against monthly — not stopwatch slogans, and not fine print. Around here, minute-based guarantees usually mean a dispatcher picks up fast and then you wait; we'd rather be measured on the fix.
No — businesses only. There are good local shops for personal machines, and we're happy to point you to one.
Yes. Estimating and project management, front-desk and POS, practice and case management — we manage the vendor relationships and the servers and networks those systems live on. If it runs your business, it's in scope.
It's factored into the per-user rate, not nickel-and-dimed. Serious server estates and multi-site networks are our favorite subject — see Servers, Cloud & Hybrid and Networks.
Yes — on-site, with no trip fees, not "remote support from Las Vegas." Mesquite businesses have been served by doorway pages long enough.
The walkthrough is free, the findings are yours, and the worst case is you learn something.
